Apridata was founded in 2014 in Cavan, Ireland, to help mid-market operators make better commercial decisions with their data. Over the last twelve years we've evolved with the technology and with our customers. Today we design, build, and run agentic AI systems that take real work off mid-market finance, operations, and production teams — in Ireland, the UK, and across Europe.

Shipped AI-augmented automation into customer ERPs ahead of the broader mid-market — intelligent document extraction, ML-assisted matching, hybrid rules-and-AI validation — laying the architectural foundation for today's agent-first work. Built Opnua, our own finance operations automation platform. Extended into consulting services for the organisational side of AI adoption.
Focused on mid-market operators in Ireland and the UK where deep domain knowledge, ERP fluency, and production AI capability combine. New engagements are agent-first by default — with RPA, bespoke apps, and data platforms still on the table where they're the right tool. Founder of Apridata. Thirty years in software engineering and analytical systems, spanning finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Early career at Oracle in Silicon Valley. BEng (Hons) Computer System Engineering. Founded Apridata in 2014 as a boutique consultancy focused on fewer customers and deeper problems — a model that's now the heart of how Apridata works.
Sylvia Stafford
Over 20 years in commercial and operational leadership across healthcare, technology, and logistics. Led post-acquisition integrations, operational restructures, and large-scale change programmes at group level. Leads Apridata's consulting practice, where she works with clients on the human side of AI transformation — change management, operational redesign, and the executive alignment that makes or breaks deployment.
