01The brief

Paper on the floor, guesswork at the top.

Kyte Powertech operated a paper-driven production floor. Output, downtime, and drawings were recorded by hand. Real-time visibility was impossible — by the time the data was compiled, the shift was already over. Root-cause analysis of bottlenecks across value streams was largely guesswork because the underlying data was incomplete.

Production-Flo — a bespoke Manufacturing Execution System designed specifically to Kyte Powertech's production process.

Captures output, downtime reason codes, and scrap. Presents digital SOPs and engineering drawings at the point of work.

Production orders pulled live from SAP; operation completions pushed back as they happen. No paper trail, no data entry lag.
